Great evening paddle on the Mystic River.

Mystic is getting ready to celebrate its 5th Annual Mystic Holiday Boat Parade and Toy Drive. If your sailboat, powerboat, dinghy, rowboat or Kayak is still in the water, light your vessel and participate on Saturday, Nov. 24. Decorated vessels will parade down the Mystic River at 6:20 p.m. and return to Mystic River Park, where spectators and judges will be gathered. Boats will be judged on creativity and team spirit. There will be prizes for Most Charismatic Crew, Innovative Vessel, Best Dressed Vessel, and Miss Mystic Vessel of Grandeur. The cost to enter is a toy for the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center.
